We are thrilled to welcome you to this event. This guide has been designed to provide all the necessary information regarding accommodation, room access, key schedule points, and meal options. We have worked to make the organization as seamless as possible and to address various needs, ensuring that everyone can fully enjoy the congress. Guidelines

  • Alcohol consumption is prohibited on the Cégep campus, as is smoking or vaping.
  • No food consumption is allowed in rooms designated as sleeping quarters.
  • If you arrive at the Cégep after 10:30 PM, you will need to enter through Door O and call security to have the door opened for you: 819-564-6350, extension 5149.
  • Resource persons to contact are Alice Rodriguez-Doutreloux (819-318-2549) and Lili-Mei Gagnon-Vézina (450-330-0432).
  • If you have reduced mobility, please contact Lili-Mei Gagnon-Vézina.
  • The bar recommended by the AECS Executive Team for Saturday night is the BOQ: 50 Rue Wellington N, Sherbrooke, QC J1H 5B7.
